The 2013 Regular Legislative Session will convene at noon on Monday, April 8, 2013; final adjournment is scheduled no later than 6:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013.
Retirement bills must be requested before 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 20 and may be prefiled before 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 22.
Constitutional Amendments must be requested by March 26 (Senate) or noon, March 27 (House), and they must be prefiled by Thursday, March 28, 2013 (Senate) or noon, Friday, March 29, 2013 (House).
All other bills must be requested before 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 27 and may be prefiled before 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 29.
A member may introduce no more than five additional bills requested by 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 16 and introduced by 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 17.
